Short Update

Haven't been updating my blog recently although I kept telling myself to do it..

Since uni starts like 2 weeks ago, I feel like I've been doing 4 weeks worth of work. Its been non-stop meetings and discussion of projects plus time seems to past really fast these days.

Had this really important group design project which actually carries 40 credits! Been doing research and trying to come out with a proper design for the wind harvester that my group is doing but couldn't due to time constrains.

Eh..I still have house chores and club project to handle okay!

Since IEM Student Chapter is planning to organize a joint career's fair project with a few universities, my weekends are occupied with meetings with other universities for this project..

well..work is work..

time to go..gotta catch up on studies

Chords of Strength

Did you know that David Archuleta actually wrote a book?

The minute I saw this, it's a must for me to have it. After all, how can I not read the book he wrote? In fact it has really good reviews as well.

Basically it is about his childhood memories and what he had gone throughout his life to get to where he is today. It's strongly based on following your dreams and do what ever it takes to archive that one thing you ever wanted to do but couldn't due to many obstacle.

It's a really good book and I recommend it to those who love to read and of course his fans as well. I never really like non-fiction books but after I pick this up, I was hooked in just the 1st few pages. It is really interesting and fun to go through his life story and there are a bit of humour here and there as well. It is quite motivational as well and it also make you think that pursuing that very one dream that I always want to have seems easy as well.

So what are you waiting for? Quickly get a copy now!

David Archie concert + rants~

Hello again! lolz..

after dunno how many weeks, I'm here to blog about the 1st 2 things on my list..and I'm actually doing it in the office so there won't be many picture except those in my facebook and other sites.

well, practically a month ago, as you guys know David Archuleta came down to Malaysia for his 1st ever concert!

and as I mention in my earlier post as well, with me(and Matthew) being stingy, we bought the cheapest tickets.

As shown in the seating plan above, I'm kinda far from the stage..but at least the stadium is small..still can see a bit..haha and luck seems to be on our side as all of us got upgraded to the RM 190 seating as there are not many people who purchase it.

went there immediately after work and meet up with Matthew at midvalley. As usual the KTM always make me worry as it did not arrive on time. But luckily we got an okay seat, not towards side and not towards the center either.

The worst part was:

Matthew: Hey, did you bring your camera? Cuz I didn't mine from Canada.

Me: What? I forgot to bring mine as I was late this morning!

Matthew: You stupid girl. How can you not bring one?

but luckily there's such thing as phone camera..even if mine is a 8 mega pixel with lousy zoom function but good HD recording system.

I have a thing with guys playing the piano. Dunno why but I find them attractive..(only certain ones)

All in all it is an awesome night and I enjoyed screaming at the same time hanging out with Matthew another time before he goes back.

The best part of all, when David started singing, at the same time, I started to fall in love with him all over again which make me regret not buying the VVip ticket.

A few weeks after that, Matthew went back to Canada..(awww so sad..) Didn't manage to hang out with him that often due to Intern. But I had fun hanging out with him anyway.

Matthew! you should come back often and don't forget to bring me stuffs from there every time!..haha

Here I am again doing a short update on what I'm gonna blog about next...haha..just to keep you guys excited..(if anybody actually reads it) :)

so anyway there are a few things that has been on my mind nudging me to blog right now but since I've got my hands full with work, I'll probably start during the weekend..

If I'm not addicted to the time management game I'm playing now which keep my hands off everything else except playing..haha
